These Terms & Conditions govern the use of services provided by Abacus Web Technology (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By engaging with our services, the client (“you” or “the client”) agrees to the following terms:

1. Services Provided

We offer the following professional digital solutions:

  • Website Design & Development
  • WordPress Web Security & Virus Removal
  • eCommerce Store Setup & Management
  • Digital Marketing Campaigns
  • Social Media Management
  • Content Writing & SEO Copywriting
  • Mobile App Development
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

2. Project Timelines

  • Standard delivery timelines vary based on project complexity.
  • For urgent requests, we offer 24-hour project completion (subject to team availability) at an additional cost, as we prioritize your work by pausing all other active projects.

3. Payment Terms

  • A 50% advance payment is required before starting any project.
  • The remaining 50% is due upon completion and before final delivery.
  • Full ownership of project files, code, or content is transferred only after the final payment.
  • Invoices are provided for all transactions for full transparency.

4. Intellectual Property & Ownership

  • All work created by Abacus Web Technology is the intellectual property of the company until full payment is received.
  • Upon full payment, the rights to all code, designs, content, and assets developed for the client are transferred to the client.

5. Use of Third-Party Tools

  • We may integrate or use third-party plugins, software, APIs, or platforms as needed.
  • We are not liable for any failure, vulnerability, or licensing issue originating from third-party tools.
  • Clients are responsible for maintaining valid licenses where applicable (e.g., WordPress themes or plugins).

6. Maintenance & Support

  • We provide lifetime technical support for all projects delivered.
  • Any new features, redesigns, or extra work beyond the original project scope can be availed through our monthly or annual maintenance packages.

7. Revisions & Approvals

  • Each project includes up to two (2) rounds of revisions unless otherwise agreed.
  • Additional revision requests may incur extra charges.
  • Clients are expected to review and approve work within a reasonable time to avoid delays.

8. Refund Policy

  • If the project is canceled or goes incomplete from our side, a partial refund will be issued after deducting the cost of the completed portions.
  • Refunds are not applicable for completed services or client-caused cancellations.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • We shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services or deliverables.
  • We do not guarantee specific outcomes, such as ranking positions on Google or revenue increases, unless specified by a written agreement.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of:

  • United Kingdom
  • United States of America
  • European Union
  • Asia
  • Australia

Any disputes shall be settled under the applicable jurisdiction where the client resides or where the business is legally registered.
